When I questioned this the waiter spoke with management who then passed on a message that because the food was eaten no discount could be applied, hard to believe after keeping us waiting so long for our mains anyway, followed by mine and my friends being much later then everyone elses, you'd then suggest that I don't eat it when by this point clearly we would be very hungry and had watched all of our friends eat theirs.It is a real shame they never took control of good customer service at any point in this evening for us, when I made the suggestion for something to be done to to compensate this bad service, not even a manger came over.
